All the basic parts for a FLASHLIGHTPOD can be found for $5 or less at most hardware stores or even your garage. For this reason, we charge $20 for labor and $20 for shipping at our earliest convenience because you can easily do it yourself 🙂

1. Flashlight* (working or non-working) = See flashlight pricing below.
2. 1/4″ – 20 tpi stainless steel bolt (length varies per application) = $1
3. 1/4″ – 20 tpi stainless steel washer = $1
4. 1/4″ – 20 tpi knurled check nut* = $1
*We prefer flashlights with the on/off button on the side because it keeps the flashlight functionality intact but you have to drill a 1/4″ hole in the screw-off cap.  However, if the on/off button is located on the opposite end of the light bulb/LED, you don’t need to drill a 1/4″ hold in the cap which makes it a lot easier.
*The knurled check nuts have been difficult to find on a consistent basis so our vendors for those vary.
